Privacy policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This website is operated as zelda-sanctuary.net. This policy explains what information is handled when you read the site or contact us.
Information from visits
You can read our articles without creating an account. The site has no comment form, newsletter signup, checkout, advertising pixels, or visitor analytics scripts.
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site. When your browser requests a page, network services may process your IP address, browser details, the requested address, and the time of the request. This helps deliver pages, maintain the service, and respond to abuse. Cloudflare describes its processing in its privacy policy.
Pages also load the AMP software needed to display the site from cdn.ampproject.org. That request sends ordinary connection information, including your IP address, to the service delivering the software. Our article images are served from this site's own asset addresses.
Cookies and browser storage
The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting or security services may use information needed to deliver and protect the site. You can manage cookies and stored website data in your browser. Blocking some requests may affect how a page displays.
Messages you send
If you email webmaster@zelda-sanctuary.net, your email service sends the address, message, and any attachments you include. We use received messages to handle the request and keep any follow-up correspondence. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
We keep correspondence only for as long as it is needed for that purpose, a related dispute, or a legal obligation. Delivery and storage also depend on the email services involved. We do not sell contact information or use it to build an advertising list.
Your choices
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to certain uses. Send a request to webmaster@zelda-sanctuary.net. We may need enough information to confirm that a request concerns your own data. You may also contact your local data protection authority where that right applies.
Links to other websites
Our articles link to game publishers, stores, and other useful resources. Those sites have their own privacy rules. A link does not give us access to your account or purchase details on another site.
Editorial identity and assistance
Rowan Vale is the publication's editorial pen name, with an illustrated profile image. Articles and illustrations are produced with AI assistance. The byline does not claim hands-on testing or a connection to earlier owners of this domain. Game-related illustrations are labeled as illustrations and are not gameplay screenshots.
Zelda Sanctuary is an independent publication and is not affiliated with Nintendo. Product names belong to their respective owners.
Affiliate links
The site does not currently use affiliate links. If that changes, we will disclose commission-bearing links near the relevant recommendations and update this policy. A future commission would not add to the price you pay.
Policy changes and contact
We will update this page when the site's practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. For privacy questions, contact zelda-sanctuary.net at webmaster@zelda-sanctuary.net.
